"Great property and staff!"

"Hotel is convenient to several sites, such as: Big Ben, Parliament, Westminister Abby, London Eye, and a healthy walk to Buckingham Palace and St. James' Palace. Transportation is easily accessible, buses stop across street from hotel while underground Westminister is two blocks away. The hotel has many amenities: pool, spa, restaurant and cocktail lounge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge can help book excursions. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The hotel is located in a very busy area, lots of vehicles and foot traffic, but we rarely heard any of it. The Illey Café on ground level offers enough breakfast options to start day, items are reasonably priced, or you can have buffet breakfast at restaurant for 35£ per person. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel, I would stay there again."

"It was great, but… I was a little surprised that they wanted to charge to take you to the airport, and charge you for breakfast. It does say that on their website, but I was still a little disappointed. "
